Meet Deryl D’Costa our Hotel Operations Manager, bringing over 20 years of hospitality experience across cruise ships, restaurants, and hotels. Throughout his career, he has developed a wealth of knowledge in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing operations, and leading teams to provide outstanding service. His attention to detail and passion for hospitality help ensure every event runs seamlessly from the start to end for a reason to celebrate.

Outside of work, Deryl enjoys travelling, discovering new cuisines, and spending quality time with family and friends. He also enjoys exploring different cultures and finding inspiration from the places he visits.

Here are Deryl’s Top Tips for Engaged Couples:

Visit your venue more than once. Spend time exploring the hotel and visualising your wedding day. Walk through the ceremony and reception spaces with your wedding coordinator to ensure the layout, timings, and flow are exactly how you want them.

Enjoy the planning process. Don’t get caught up in trying to make everything perfect. Focus on what matters most to you as a couple, trust the professionals you’ve chosen, and remember that your guests will remember how your wedding made them feel more than any small detail.
