We use produce from our own walled garden as well as the neighboring farms and Estates. Our meat and protein are carefully selected from local artisan suppliers, allowing our menus to feature the finest of Scottish ingredients. We feature wines from around the globe to complement our seasonal fare, while the bar offers local beer on tap and an excellent range of Scottish whisky and gin. Our restaurant and bar face the South lawn and gardens providing sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.
