Clotted Cream Cottage is a cosy and comfortable cottage furnished and equipped to a good standard throughout with a large, attractive and significantly extended garden. It sits in a the peaceful hamlet of Ash, just outside of Dartmouth in South Devon where it enjoys pleasant country views across neighbouring farmland. Just minutes from the coast and the popular beaches of Blackpool Sands and Slap
ton, it offers the combination of a beach holiday in a countryside setting. The garden has been significantly extended to now incorporate the neighbouring field and this means there's plenty of outdoor open space for dogs and children to run around it. Bring a tent, and let the children camp in the garden for a great adventure! If you're holidaying with extended family - or have a group of friends, then in 2017, we introduced Oak Tree Lodge to the grounds. This is a luxury 'Shepherd's Hut' that can sleep a further 4-6 people. Whilst it is fully self contained, Oak Tree Lodge cannot be rented independantly from the cottage in order to preserve the privacy of guests in the main house.
