It’s with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of our very well known and much loved cat Bob
Bob was a favourite around the farm. He often made himself at home in the holiday cottages helping guests to eat their breakfast - bacon was a special
favourite - and becoming rather comfortable on the sofas.
He received regular mentions in the visitors book, helped children overcome their fear of animals and was an all round favourite with a huge personality and a great character.
He was also a much loved face in the riding school. I don’t know how many times clients found him
sitting in their cars or had to step around him on the mounting block as he wanted to get on the horses with them.
He would accompany us on hacks and was a favourite on the farm tours.
Bob was 19 years old and had been with us since he was a kitten. He was born on a farm less than a mile away and was bought for Ryan on his first birthday. He had certainly had his adventures over the years, once going missing for 6 weeks before finding his way back home.
He was such a big part of our lives for so many years and he leaves a huge hole.
We loved you so much Bob and you will be sadly missed.
