The splendid beach and sand dunes of Dawlish Warren's Blue Flag Beach are just a 10-minute walk away, via a safe and easy route. The Warren is bounded by the Exe Estuary on one side and miles of golden sandy beach on the other, so there is plenty to explore. You can visit the Dawlish Warren nature reserve - a bird watchers paradise - 500 acres of natural beauty and flowering plants nestling in the centre of Warren. If you love to cycle there are plenty of routes in and around Dawlish. The Exe Estuary Trail offers off-road cycling for 16 miles from Dawlish Warren to Exmouth, along some of the most stunning coastal scenery. There are also plenty of coastal walks from Dawlish along the South West Coast Path - you can either head left to Dawlish Warren and Exmouth, or right to Teignmouth and Torbay.

Travelled as a Couple

Brilliant camp site! Friendly welcome and site information. Facilities are excellent and kept very clean!! In a perfect location for walking down to Dawlish Warren, and a bus stop just outside where we caught bus to Dawlish and Teignmouth on days out. A lovely quiet site, but still with all the essentials including a small shop should you need. Plus there's a farm shop cafe next door which does fab breakfasts! We will definitely be back! Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Some super exciting news we’re very proud to share 🤩

Leadstone has been named a finalist for camping and caravanning park of the year at the Devon Tourism Awards 2026-27. That means we’ll be coming home from the ceremony with a Gold, Silver or Bronze.

This is down to our team. There’re the ones out early cleaning the facilities, showing you to your pitch, remembering your name and which pitch you like and check to make sure you have what you need for a great stay. They’re out in all weathers keeping the fields looking the way they do. None of it is by accident, and every bit of it shows💫

To our guests Thank you for noticing. Your reviews, your recommendations and your coming back year after year really does mean the world to all of us 🥰
