o there is plenty to explore. You can visit the Dawlish Warren nature reserve - a bird watchers paradise - 500 acres of natural beauty and flowering plants nestling in the centre of Warren. If you love to cycle there are plenty of routes in and around Dawlish. The Exe Estuary Trail offers off-road cycling for 16 miles from Dawlish Warren to Exmouth, along some of the most stunning coastal scenery. There are also plenty of coastal walks from Dawlish along the South West Coast Path - you can either head left to Dawlish Warren and Exmouth, or right to Teignmouth and Torbay.

Anyone arriving this weekend please check road closures due to large music event at powerham castle.
We are accepting our arrivals from 11am to help avoid the road closures from 14.00 to midnight.
Please give us a call if you have any questions.
We are expecting a heatwave… we would recommend you travel with extra water on board.
