Exciting news! 2024 BOOKINGS ARE LIVE!!

And we thought that as the rest of the worlds commodities have doubled in price this year; that your back to basics camping holiday should not! So there will be NO price increases on last year.

We have warned the hares they will be sharing their meadow next week, hope our campers spot them in the long grass.

Amidst the bad weather we are getting this week, I'd like to bring some good news.... With every drop of rain the campsite will become greener and fingers crossed that will mean we won't have restrictions on fires this year.

Fires outside are a massive concern for us at the moment, with the conditions so dry and no rain in sight. Last month, we attended 339 fires in the open, compared to 120 last July – that’s an increase of 182%! There was also a 30% increase in calls received by Fire Control. Please help us by doing all you can to prevent fires. www.dwfire.org.uk/news/safety-reminder-as-dry-weather-continues
