We’re delighted to recognise two very deserving members of our team this month - Lesley, our Employee of the Month and Dylan, the winner of our Manager’s Choice Award! 👏
🏆 Lesley - Employee of the Month
Lesley is a fantastic example of someone who simply gets stuck in and gets the job done. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she takes everything in her stride with a positive, can-do attitude.
Her incredibly high standards are reflected in how consistently clean, tidy and well-presented our restaurant is, and she has built brilliant relationships with teams across the hotel - particularly our Kitchen team, where her teamwork and communication help create a great relationship between the Restaurant and Kitchen.
⭐ Dylan - Manager’s Choice Award
Dylan is someone we know we can always rely on. Whether it’s working additional hours, responding to an unexpected leak, tackling an urgent repair or simply making sure the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel keeps moving, he is always willing to step up and help.
His flexibility, dependability and willingness to go above and beyond, often at short notice, make a real difference to the whole hotel.
A huge congratulations and thank you to both Lesley and Dylan - two brilliant examples of the people who make Wotton House what it is! 💙
