Harry needs no introduction to our regulars, he's the friendly face who greets so many of you as you walk through our doors.
At the start of this year, Harry suffered a severe brain injury and spent time in hospital with bleeding around his brain. For a little while, it was touch and go.
Thankfully, he made a full recovery and in his own words:
"I literally had sense knocked into me, and since the start of the year I've been a pillar of health and fitness, not really but I'm trying - starting with a bike ride from London to Brighton on 13th September with my Dad, in aid of Headway, the brain injury charity.
My injuries were pretty bad but it's nothing compared to what others have been through. It would be mint to get a little donation from whoever's kind enough to part with a couple of quid."
