From a dance floor party to peaceful birdsong 12 hours later 🎶

We were so pleased to host a 40th birthday for the most wonderful campers who were all friendly, kind and fun! They booked the “middle bit”, as we call the smaller field, and they decorated and set it out to make their perfect festival!

She’s not a fancy one this year, just adorned in our stickers! Hopefully that means she’ll be speedy??

But we are excited to see how our duck does in this year’s race… competition is on Hunters Hall Norfolk and Darbys Pub! 🦆 🏁

Happy Fathers Day to Ryan, the other half of Park Farm Camping (here’s him sporting one of our t-shirts at Pensthorpe the other week)

Ryan is the one that builds stuff usually, fixes any campsite problems and lights the pizza oven. He is also seen with Pepsi in hand most of the time.

But he’s also daddy to our little Alma, who you may have seen running around the campsite!

He’s always thinking about ways to make her life better now and in her future, and makes sure she knows she is clever and can do anything she puts her mind to (God help us)

You can enjoy the (official!) best pub in Norfolk in a short 10 minute stroll from the campsite! ⛺️

Deer… or kangaroo? 🦘

Me and went for our run around the fields and she thought she saw a kangaroo… ya know, in mid Norfolk 🧐

To be fair to her, this Roe Deer does look like one from the neck up, body submerged in crops

Well… I was filming the new CAMPSITE VEG GARDEN 👀 but I forgot about gravity when I leant my phone against a pot, but it captured some pretty clouds so it wasn’t a total waste of time ☁️

Running a campsite is mostly really great. Wouldn’t change it.

Doing it with an unwell baby, on broken sleep and all you can do is watch your inbox pile up?
