Bank Holiday at The Langham Hotel Eastbourne.

A long weekend calls for something extra special. Our bartenders are shaking, stirring and layering a curated selection of cocktails to sip on the new terrace.

A classic Daiquiri, precise and ice-cold; a velvet Espresso Martini; a Sangria steeped in seasonal berries; and a Piña Colada poured slow, the way it should be.

Behind the bar, you may well find Ronaldo, our award-winning sommelier who can open a bottle of wine with nothing but a feather (yes, really!)

Terrace Watch: sunrise edition 🌅

Some mornings are worth setting an alarm for. Walk down to the beach while the town's still quiet, and watch the sky turn before the day gets going.

Then back up to the terrace for coffee and a slice of our homemade flapjack — widely considered the best in the South East. A little reward for being up before everyone else.
