Our managers youngest daughter.

Well done Ella!

A huge well done to Ella, who has been a fantastic ambassador for Consett Academy through the Premier League Inspires Challenge.

Ella represented our academy brilliantly, speaking with confidence and maturity about her project tackling the impact of media, edited images and AI on body image and mental health. Her work focused on creating PSHE lesson plans for secondary school students, helping young people better understand mental health, how to manage it and where to seek support.

We are incredibly proud of the way Ella used her voice to raise awareness of such an important issue. She spoke passionately about young people feeling seen, heard and supported — and showed exactly the kind of leadership, empathy and courage we value at Consett Academy.

Well done, Ella. A truly inspiring achievement
