The Corstorphine Hotels Group is looking for front of house members to join our team. The Corstophine Hotels Group is an established family run business comprising of three properties in Edinburgh. The Corstorphine Lodge Hotel, located in Corstorphine, the Cumberland Hotel located in Haymarket and the Edinburgh City Suites located in the West End.

The ideal candidate will possess good customer service skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Previous hospitality experience is required as well as a basic knowledge of bar service.

Duties may include but are not limited to;
- Checking in/out guests
- Dealing with customer queries, booking taxis and tours
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Processing bookings and managing the system
- Bar and food preparation
- General and equipment cleaning duties
- Assisting with laundry duties

Working hours differ from day to day depending on the needs of the business, covering a 24 hour period and 5 days per week. Note days are varied based on hotel needs, weekdays and weekends included.

We are currently looking for a housekeeper to join our team. As a member of our housekeeping team your primary task will be cleaning our bedrooms and public areas to a high standard on a daily basis and also helping with serving breakfast in the morning.

You must be willing to do a trial to assess for suitability.
