We rent fully furnished City Centre rooms in shared HMO flats with other students and with bills are included in the rent. Rooms come fully furnished with freshly laundered bed linen on entry as well as a desk, chair, lamp. bedside unit and drawers

s, cutlery, plates, saucepans, pots, kettles, toaster, microwave oven and a washing machine are all supplied to share. We do not supply freshly cleaned towels or toiletries
Each property has (a private WhatsApp group, which you will be invited to join, WIFI, gas central heating, electric showers, double glazing. All properties within a 15 minute walking distance of The Royal Mile and Edinburgh University George Square campus . Students who are outwith Edinburgh and cannot do the viewing in person, can either appoint someone to view a room on their behalf or I can send photos. (in some circumstances, a virtual viewing may be possible)

Rent Prices for semesters 2024/25:
Single bedroom start from £120.00pw. (Prices quoted are depending on room dimensions)
Discounts are available for long-term contracts that are honoured. Students arriving for 1 semester, pay an additional premium. Deposits are £150.00 per room which can be paid in the currency of GBP or the equivalent in Euros
