Happy 2025 everyone! Following a surprise hotel inspection, in February 2025, we are so proud to have our official star rating upgraded to 5 Star Gold! The highest rating possible! Susan and I are celebrating 10 Years as B&B / Guest House owners in 2025. This is the perfect gift to celebrate a decade of hard work. We want to thank everyone for their support, it has not been easy. If it was easy, everyone would do it .. lol .. We have to look back though and think of all the new friends we have made and all the great times we have had. The best reward is when our guests meet us as strangers then leave us, becoming part of our extended family! Thank you all! xoxo

We are delighted to have won the award for our category on the recent Scottish Thistle Awards Night at Prestonfield House, Edinburgh. Susan accepted our award drenched in glamour and really looked the part. We are still in shock however we are very grateful to everyone for their kind support. Ultimately we are just an ordinary family trying to get our kids off to school, pay our mortgage, bills and deal with all the day to day responsibilities that go with being a parent. Working family life is never easy so when recognition like this comes along, it really is humbling and very personal. Thank you to everyone!
