North Alves Holiday Park is a friendly, family run Caravan Park and Campsite offering an idyllic set This includes our nature meadow/pond area.

Welcome to our friendly, family run Caravan Park and Campsite page. We offer an idyllic setting for your holiday in beautiful Morayshire. North Alves Holiday Park is set in the grounds of a once fully working 19th century farm. It is surrounded by stunning open countryside and located 1 mile from the lovely ancient pine forest and beach at Roseisle

Our aim is to offer all of our visitors a real, rural feel during a stay with us at North Alves, keeping to the true farming roots of the site and the surrounding area. Further afield, being situated approxiamately 1 hours drive from Inverness (The gateway to the Highlands), Aviemore and The Cairngorms National Park, the campsite is a wonderful base to venture further afield for the day if you wish. There are also various activities available locally for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits like walking, water sports, golfing, quad biking as well as many more...

If however you prefer a more relaxing pastime like wildlife watching, the Moray Firth is famous for it's various sightings, including dolphin and seals. Perhaps even a visit to one or more of the many distilleries located on the world famous Moray Malt Wh**ky Trail. We are perfectly located for all these activities and many more and are an ideal base for touring and exploring Moray and the Highlands.

Saturday night residents takeaway.

Due to the time of year and the numbers present on the camp these days we are stopping the takeaway until we reopen next season.

We will come back next year with the same service as usual but with something new….watch this space.

Been a couple of busy weeks here onsite for us, as per at this time of year.

Autumn brings with it all of our seasonal jobs, as well as our weekly site grass cut. We managed to get our natural hedgerows tamed down in our bottom field as well as all of our other hedging trimmed and tidied up. Love the colours autumn brings 🍂🍁

One for our seasonal tourer customer’s on-site.

Just had some flyers dropped off by a gentleman from Elgin who has started up his new business.

He is mobile, so will come to your van onsite instead of it having to be taken offsite. He covers servicing, water systems, electrical, chassis and damp investigation and repairs.

He has left some business flyers up in reception if anyone needs someone.

We have received the news that our beautiful brand new 36ft by 12ft (2 bedroom) ABI Coworth Deluxe 2027 static caravan, CH/DG, filled with every optional extra you can get, has now been built/completed. It is now just awaiting delivery to us at the end of October and as we are soooo excited to receive this gorgeous van we have decided to pop on with the chance of a really special offer (which won't come along again!!)

The price of this static (due to a fantastic deal we have received) is now reduced to £39995.00. Yup that's right £39995.00 for a brand new 2027 static caravan, delivered, sited on the last of our brand new 'Paddock View' pitches, all checked/connected ready for you to just turn up for the 2027 season next year plus * NO 2027 SITE FEES* & FREE 47kg Gas bottle!!
