This little chap is looks over us as we brew. He's carved into one of the walls of the Bird in Bush pub Elsdon a few metres from the front of our brewery. The pub building has been there for around 500 years so he must have seen a fair bit over the years. Note the little heart under the face.

Well the time has come to tell you all what some people already know.

This weekend will be the last weekend that Katie and Stephen are in charge of BIRD IN BUSH.

We've had some great times here.

This weekend will be our last trading weekend.

It may be that the pub will be closed for a couple of weeks BUT we are trying very hard to get a successor in place to carry on the positive asset in this community.

Delighted to say that the family/staff have just been officially released from isolation.

Therefore we are going to open tomorrow, Sat 21st at 5pm.
We'll be open from noon on Sunday.
