There is a real difference when food comes straight from the ground to the plate and we wanted our guests to feel that.🍽️🌱
We`re pretty tucked away out here, so if we really wanted to bring the seasons to our menu we had to grow it ourselves, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
The polytunnel has become a bit of a ritual, picking what's ready, smelling what's coming and watching it all come together in the kitchen. No dig, no chemicals, just honest food that takes like Finn Lough.
