The Reception Team That Got Us Through A Busy Summer.. 👏🏼

Peak season is coming to a close, and we're sitting with a team we never take for granted.

Our Reception Team — Carl, Shane, Dianne, and Collette — handled hundreds of check-ins, answered countless questions, solved problems, and did it all while remembering names and making every single guest feel like they were the only person who mattered.

Carl held it together as manager, keeping the standards high while everything around him was moving at peak pace. Shane supervised with the kind of calm that made everything feel manageable even when it wasn't. Dianne handles chaos like it's just another day, because for her it is, and she's brilliant at it. Collette brought genuine warmth to every guest interaction, even at the end of long shifts.

This is people-focused hospitality: Carl, Shane, Dianne, and Collette showing up every single day and making sure that when someone arrives at , they feel genuinely welcomed.

We wanted to say thank you to them publicly because peak season is truly about the people who care enough to get it right when it would be easier not to, and who choose excellence over convenience every time.
