The scenery couldn’t have been much better on my way to pick up some kitchen equipment this morning… the beautiful Loch Ness.

For the royalists… King Charles will be visiting Dingwall tomorrow at 12 noon to help mark the 800th anniversary of the historic market town becoming a Royal Burgh 👑

The Kessock Bridge- the gateway to the Highlands, was officially opened on this day back in 1982. It carries the A9 trunk road across the Beauly Firth, connecting Inverness to the Black Isle and the far northern regions of Scotland. It means we are but a 20 minute drive from the city centre whilst maintaining our peace and tranquility by the sea

Last week our tree was packed full of delicious cherries 🍒 perfect for our guests to enjoy at breakfast... they went down an absolute treat.
This week, the tree is bare! Mainly because our feathered friends have beaten us to it.

There is a new defib located down by Kiltearn Beach, located in our porch Kiltearn House IV16 9UY, accessible 24/7

Defibrillators are used when a person collapses, stops breathing normally, and becomes unresponsive due to a cardiac arrest. This usually happens when the heart enters a life-threatening, irregular rhythm known as ventricular fibrillation (VF) or ventricular tachycardia (VT).

Hopefully not required but peace of mind it's there
