The convenient location, just off the A38/A380, gives easy access to the coast (10 miles), the Exe Estuary Cycling and Walking trails (which runs from Dawlish up to Exeter and Topsham and onto Exmouth), and the stunning Dartmoor National Park. The property

has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single (sleeps 3). It has an Inglenook fireplace with wood burner for those cosy nights in, a Rangemaster cooker to complete the beautiful homely country kitchen/diner, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We have underfloor heating in the the stylish wet room, a powerful shower and beautiful Italian tiles. There is a peaceful and pretty cottage garden where you can sit out and enjoy a glass of wine! The village boasts a friendly and well stocked shop and a village bar (both 100 metres from the door), and just a mile away is the Ley Arms, a 12th Century thatched pub.
