🌟 A wonderful achievement for the Coldingham community! 🌟

When you own a holiday home at Highview Caravan Park, you become part of not only the fabulous community here on park, but also the wider community of the beautiful village of Coldingham. ❤️

Today marks an exciting milestone as the much-anticipated new village play park opens its gates for everyone to enjoy! 🎉

The official opening will take place on 7th November, from 12 noon until 2 pm, and what a fantastic achievement it is for the whole community.

Raising an incredible £249,000 to bring this project to life is an achievement in itself! 👏 It has taken an enormous amount of hard work, dedication and determination, along with the generosity of so many individuals and local businesses, including Highview Caravan Park, who have helped make this dream a reality.

It’s wonderful to see what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared vision. This new play park will provide a fantastic space for local children, families and visitors to enjoy for years to come. 🛝💚

Now, we just need a little sunshine ☀️ so everyone can get out there, enjoy the new facilities and make some wonderful memories!

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this fantastic project happen. Coldingham has something special to celebrate! ❤️

🌅 Pre-loved and ready to go at Highview Caravan Park 🌅

A Victory Stonewood, 39ft x 12ft, in great condition and fully sited on the Scottish Borders coast. £45,500, with site fees from just £1,995 a year.

The lounge is the star here. Bright, open-plan and sociable, with big panoramic doors that catch the evening sky. Perfect for board games, film nights or doing nothing at all. Two comfortable bedrooms with built-in storage, an easy-clean bathroom and plenty of clever storage throughout keep the whole thing calm and tidy.

It’s been well looked after by its previous owners, so there’s nothing to do. Pick up the keys, unpack, put the kettle on.

Highview sits in Coldingham, with Coldingham Bay, St Abbs and Eyemouth all a few minutes away. Sea air, coastal walks and proper peace and quiet.

A great option for first-time buyers, families after quality on a sensible budget, or anyone who wants a move-in ready holiday home with views. At this price it won’t hang about.
