Even with my ankle safely protected in a space boot after surgery, I’m managing to enjoy an early morning at Maenporth Beach!
No better place to recuperate!

Half term is over and time for some of our favourite regular guests to leave.
It sounds like they have had a great time as always, and Hazel the dog loved her visit to the Eden Project. ❤️ 🐾 🌱
We can’t wait to welcome them back “home” in December!

We shared yesterday that Riz the Driftwood pup headed to Cornwall and the cottage for her half term. She’s been with Murph, her sometimes bestie and sometimes bane of her life!
The start of the week certainly saw some fabulous weather for a Lizard walk and seal watching! ❤️ 🐾 🌊

While her “mummy & daddy” are away (aka us!), Driftwood pup Riz is having the most wonderful time in Cornwall with her big sister!
This beautiful photo (yes, we are biased) was taken earlier in the week when she had a day trip to St. Ives .
She really hasn’t missed us at all!

With a change in school holiday patterns, today is the start of half term and we welcome the first of three sets of guests staying with us over the next fortnight.
Hopefully they will all get to spend some time on the stunning Maenporth beach and make some Autumn memories.
