To all our wonderful customers, please note that The Manor House Hotel Ferryhill will be opening at 5pm tomorrow as our team will be holding an important staff meeting beforehand. ❤️

We believe it’s important to take time as a team to reflect, listen and improve. Our meetings give us the opportunity to look at things we may have got wrong, discuss what we can change or tweak, and make sure we’re always working towards giving you the best experience possible. 🙌

They also give us the chance to plan ahead for some very exciting events! 🎉
