Following the incredible success of our debut collaboration, we are raising the bar for Tenby. On Saturday , March 6th—right on the heels of St. David’s Day—we are teaming up with the reigning National Chef of Wales, Sam Everton.
Sam brings an elite culinary pedigree to the Chapters pass:
National Chef of Wales (2025): Only the second chef in history to win both the Junior and National titles in consecutive years.
Global Chefs Challenge (2026): Represented Wales and took home silver medals at the Worldchefs Congress.
Young Chef Young Waiter: Best Young Chef in Wales and bronze for Wales in Monaco.
