It’s been lovely welcoming people wanting to relax in our garden, and make the most of the glorious sunshine with us.

✨ Thursday Dining Club at The Lismoyne Hotel ✨

This week’s Thursday Dining Club menu is full of special treats and delicious favourites, perfect for a relaxed lunch or evening meal with us.

Start with a choice of comforting soup of the day, indulgent deep-fried brie wedges with caramelised onion chutney, or our beautiful John Ross smoked salmon served with pickled beetroot, avocado and Chardonnay vinaigrette.

For your main course, enjoy the taste of Gressingham duck breast with gratin potato, roasted carrot and red wine jus, or try our pan-roasted hake with chorizo & saffron cassoulet. Our three bean chilli with basmati rice is also a fantastic vegetarian option.

And to finish… who can resist a classic apple pie with custard? 🍎 Or choose from chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream or our ever-popular sticky toffee pudding.

This week's menu features some truly delicious dishes, including pan-seared duck breast with gratin potato, BBQ cabbage and rich duck jus, alongside pan-fried haddock served with herb crushed potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and a white wine cream sauce.
