Andrew Connolly is back, and returns alongside author Paul Underwood for an evening of dark poetry and short stories.

Wednesday 28th October at 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm)

With storms Austen and Boelo affecting a lot of people around our local communities, we at the Black Bull are still open.

If you need somewhere warm to come and sit we will have our log burning fire on. We also offer hot food and drinks to keep you warm till the storms past.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the heritage talk has now changed.

The talk will now be on the mu*****ns that were stored in Gatrmore in WWII.

Doors open 7:30pm with a 8pm start.

We are now taking bookings for Bangers and Mash for the Gartmore Bonfire night. 🎆🎇

Booking is essential. Please call to book your table or pop in and book with a member of staff.

Tables available from 5pm with a last seating of 6:30pm. Normal menu will resume from 7pm.

Last night we kicked off our acoustic night's with the wonderful Eve Graham!

It was great to see so many new faces but also all the returning faces😊

Next acoustic night we have Alice Faye joining us on Wednesday 11th November. Doors open at 7:30pm with an 8pm start. (Sold out)

Would like to say a big thanks to Duncan McCrone and Cy Jack for starting off the acoustic night!

And finally a big thanks to our very own property boys (Sandy, Billy and Harry) as they have worked so hard to get our function hall ready for last night. The hard work really paid off!
