Where: Ayr Low Green, Ayr
What: The traditional Holy Fair returns under a new name. It kicks off with an official flag-raising ceremony, followed by an afternoon of pipe band music, military displays, stalls, and free family entertainment.

Summer Solstice Evening Market
When: Saturday, 20 June 2026 from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, Alloway
What: Over 50 independent artisan craft and food stalls curated by Handmade in Ayr. Features a pop-up street food menu, cocktails, live music from the Rock Choir, and reduced museum gallery entry (£5).
Cost: Free entry to the market.

Thinking about booking a stay at our Turnberry Apartments?
We’ve answered some of the most common questions from our guests to help make planning your stay even easier
The apartments are located just a short 5–10 minute walk from Trump Turnberry Golf Club & Hotel, making them the perfect location for golfers, couples, and coastal getaways.
While we don’t offer an airport meet and greet service, we do recommend hiring a car if you’d like to explore the beautiful Ayrshire coastline and surrounding areas during your stay.

Each apartment includes two modern bathrooms, both fitted with separate shower cubicles. One bathroom is an en-suite connected to the master bedroom, while the second is easily accessed from the hallway for added convenience.

Who do I contact to gain access to the apartments?
At the time of booking, you should have received an email containing the details below. Please contact Clare:
ARRIVAL
IT IS VITAL THAT YOU CONTACT OUR APARTMENT MANAGER, CLARE, BEFORE YOU TRAVEL AND CONFIRM YOUR CHECK IN TIME. CLARE CAN BE CONTACTED ON: +44 7377 805 138. Please leave a voice message or send a text message if the phone is temporarily turned off. Having arranged an arrival time with Clare, she will then be there to greet you and familiarise you with the apartment’s facilities. Check in times should ideally be between 3 and 5 pm, although you may be able to arrive slightly outside these times if you give Clare prior notice. Please contact her a few days before the arrival date to confirm arrival date and time and again 1-2 hours prior to arrival. If you are unexpectedly delayed please keep Clare informed. The telephone signal in the Turnberry area is not always reliable, so you may need to send a text message
