✨ Meet the HODs – Gemma, Spa Manager 🌿

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Gemma, our Spa Manager, who has been part of the Westerwood team for nearly 13 years! 🤍

Having worked her way up from Spa Therapist to Spa Manager, Gemma’s journey is a fantastic example of the opportunities for growth and development within our team.

Her favourite part of working at Westerwood is the people — from her own spa team to the amazing colleagues across the hotel. She also loves building relationships with our members and working closely alongside our Health Club team to create the best possible experience for everyone who visits us. ✨

Thank you, Gemma, for your dedication and everything you bring to the Westerwood team! 👏

✨ Meet the HODs – Gillian, Health Club Manager! 🏊‍♀️

Next up in our Meet the HODs series is Gillian, our Health Club Manager, who has been part of the Westerwood team since November last year! 👋

As Health Club Manager, Gillian plays an important role in overseeing our leisure facilities, supporting her team and helping to ensure our members and guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable experience every time they visit. 🤎

When asked what her favourite thing about working at Westerwood is, Gillian said it’s all about the team! From everyone working hard and supporting one another to the fact that no two days are ever the same, it’s the people who make Westerwood such a special place to work😊

Thank you, Gillian, for everything you do for our team and guests! 👏

Keep an eye out for more of our Meet the HODs series as we continue to introduce the people behind Westerwood. ✨
