Our prices are reasonably set from £65 per room, per night for our twin room, which has a separate shower room just down the hallway, for exclusive use of guests in the twin room. Our four poster double room is from £85 per room, per night and has the luxury of en-suite shower room. The price includes breakfast. We do have a roll-out bed for each room, provided at an extra cost from £10. These bed
s are suitable for children or adults. We do not supply cots, highchairs or baby monitors. Children are your responsibility and any breakages must be paid for during your stay. Dogs are welcome, however, we do charge £5 per dog, per night. We cater for everyone who wants a little break away. We are in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, so it is perfect for explorers, dog walkers, fisherman, anyone really who loves the countryside. We have ample parking and space for any equipment you need to bring with you. We also have a workspace if needed. We offer anything from a bacon sandwich to a full English breakfast, or if you have any other specific requests, please do enquire at point of booking and we will do our best to accommodate. Your room will include either a four poster bed or twin beds, both rooms have a colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. There is also free WiFi. You will also have the use of the sun room and back garden. This is our home and we welcome you to share it respectfully. Dogs are welcome however please NO DOGS ON FURNITURE. We do have our indoor cat who is NOT allowed outside or in the bedrooms. We do also have birds, inside and outside. Local amenities within walking distance are the local Post Office and Premier and a cosy pub. Half a mile walk away is the famous Lathams store, tearooms and fish and chip shop and the river, and also another pub. Here you can sit and watch the birdlife, do a spot of fishing, take a gentle stroll along the riverbank or just sit and watch holiday makers navigate the medieval Potter Heigham bridge, which is the Gateway to the Broads.
