Autumn at The Gables

Halkyn Mountain, where endless grassy tracks and beautiful sunsets make all year riding such a joy for both horses and riders.

And at The Gables we have individual turnout in well sheltered paddocks as well as stabling available.

The beach and Mostyn Farm ride are only a short drive away and are both quiet at this time of year.

Rider relaxation is high on the agenda with Hot Tub, Holistic Therapists and a cosy log burning fire awaiting you.

Fully catered with a varied menu to suit everyone.

We have the most stunning Welsh mountain views on our doorstep.

Endless green paths with hardly any need to ride on roads and very few gates.

And yet we are just 3 miles from the A*5.

Horse rider heaven. But we may be more than a little biased ☺️

We are absolutely over the moon to share with you that our small batch Marmalade and Bayleaf Gin is a finalist in the Flavoured Gin category of the 2026 The Gin Guide Awards, whilst our Pure & Simple Vodka has also made it to the finals in the Vodka and Vodka Martini category in the 2026 Spirit Guide Awards.
We are so proud to be recognised alongside some of the finest spirits in the world and be shortlisted as finalists.
The final results will be announced in May 🤞.
