🎣🌿 VOLUNTEERS WANTED 🌿🎣

We’re looking for volunteers to help us remove Himalayan balsam from around the fishery and surrounding areas.

Himalayan balsam is an invasive plant that spreads rapidly and can cause significant damage to local habitats. By helping us pull it up, you’ll be making a real difference to the environment.

As a thank you for your support, all volunteers will receive fishing vouchers.

Please wear:
✔️ Long trousers
✔️ Long-sleeved clothing
✔️ Gloves

🎉 The Wait Is Almost Over! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that The Bell, Wortwell officially opens its doors at midday Thursday 18th June! 🍻

Join us for your first pint, a warm welcome, and a chance to see what we’ve been working on.

🍽️ Our kitchen opens from Thursday 25th June, with food served Thursday–Sunday.

A peaceful moment walking by Heartsmere. The foxgloves are blooming and the bees are loving it. Nature at its best.

Heartsmere is currently closed for spawning. Pockets of carp dotted round the lake. Looking beautiful in the sun today though.
