🧵🪡 THE SEWING BEE – A LITTLE UPDATE! 🪡🧵

Wow! We have been absolutely inundated with interest in our new Sewing Bee meet-ups at the Square and Compass Inn! ❤️ It’s fantastic to see so many people keen to get together, share their sewing projects, exchange ideas and enjoy a cuppa and a chat.

To keep the main Square and Compass Inn page clear for pub updates, events and other announcements, we’ve set up a private Facebook group for everyone interested in joining our sewing meet-ups. 🧵

We also have a WhatsApp group, but as quite a few of you don’t use WhatsApp, we thought a Facebook group would be an easier way for everyone to stay informed! Beth’s number is 07456996117 if anyone would like to be added to the WhatsApp group.

☕ Updates about upcoming meet-ups will be shared in the group.

A new sewing group at the Square and Compass Inn, organised by Beth! 🧵☕🍰

Would you be interested in joining a relaxed, friendly weekly sewing group?

The idea is simple… bring along your sewing machine and whatever project you’re working on, grab a cuppa, have a chat, and enjoy some time sewing with like-minded people. ❤️

🪡 Helping each other out and sharing tips and advice
☕ Enjoying a coffee, a chat and a bit of cake
🧵 Learning from each other in a relaxed, informal atmosphere
❤️ Having some time for yourself doing something you love!

You don’t need to be an expert! Whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into sewing, or have been sewing for years, everyone is welcome.

No pressure, no competitions, no expectations — just a friendly group of people coming together to sew, chat and enjoy a cuppa. ☕🧁

The Paul Sartori Pembrokeshire Car Run is back TOMORROW, Sunday 6th September, and promises another fantastic day of motoring, community spirit, and stunning Pembrokeshire scenery.

Starting from the Pembrokeshire County Showground, Haverfordwest, participants will enjoy a scenic 45-mile route, finishing this year at the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm, Eglwyswrw.

Whether you're taking part or cheering from the roadside, we'd love to see you there!
