Offering Bed & Breakfast, Glamping and Camping accommodation. Land hire for events and much more. We would love you to come and enjoy our surroundings. The Farm is a Soil Association certificated organic farm comprised of arable, pasture, orchards and woodland. Hay-on-Wye is a stones throw away. We have private access to the river and a canoe launch/landing point. Our river bank is an SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest).

Our next EMBODY session is already in the diary! Are you coming along? 17th April, 6.30pm

On Friday we hosted our first EMBODY session and it was pure magic. The openness and willingness of all the participants to have fun, move their bodies and be free was beautiful to watch.

EMBODY is a guided embodied movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and move freely without choreography or judgment. Through intentional music, somatic prompts, and open dance, you’ll be invited to listen inward and let your body lead.

This is a space to shake off stress, explore self-expression, and access joy through movement. We will start with a guided embodied movement practice to get you into your body and then transition into more free movement.

No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and move in whatever way feels true for you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded and more fully embodied.
