🤯 WOW! What a phenomenal start to Surf Amnesty September! 🏄‍♂️🌊We are only one week into our drive for Wave Project , and our fantastic Hayle and Riviere Towans community has completely blown us away. Look at our donation hub filling up already!
A massive, massive THANK YOU to everyone who has raided their garages, cleared out their sheds, and dropped off gear so far. We’ve already taken in:
👉 A brilliant stack of surfboards
👉 Multiple bodyboards
👉 A huge pile of wetsuits, boots, and gloves!

Every single item brought to us is officially saved from landfill. The Wave Project team will be fixing up the repairable gear to sell in their Surf Therapy Shop (funding life-changing mental health programs for young people), and upcycling the rest into sustainable mats and bags.
📣 Still want to get involved? The amnesty is open ALL MONTH LONG!
📣If you’re checking out this week, heading down to Gwithian for a surf, or just doing an early autumn clean-up at home, bring your old gear down to the Toms Holidays reception.

Remember, this is a JUDGMENT-FREE ZONE. Busted zips, ripped seams, ancient boards —we want it all, no questions asked! Just drop it off in our wooden surf shack hub and walk away with a clean conscience.

All through September, we are turning our main office at Riviere Towans into a JUDGMENT-FREE DROP ZONE.

🚫 Busted zips? We don't care.
🚫 Torn seams? Bring it on.
🚫 Ancient black wax? No questions asked.
🚫 No more neoprene to landfill.

Just drop your old, unused, or damaged gear into our new custom-built surf shack donation station and walk away with a clean conscience. 🤙

We are incredibly proud to be an official donation point for the Wave Project They will professionally repair and resell the good stuff through their Surf Therapy Shop to fund life-changing youth mental health programs. Anything completely dead gets upcycled into sustainable mats and bags. Zero landfill, 100% good cause.
