Garden Annexe self catering holiday flat for two night b&b, to monthlong visitors on business, 1-2 adults with up to 2 children ,pets welcome. Stopover for ferries.

Base for walking, cycling, beaches,local visit Whether you are single, a couple, a family with up to two children this luxurious spacious light-filled flat is ideal.The apartment is a complete home from home with kitchen/lounge/diner with sofabed, and double bedroom with ensuite showerand toilet in two large 5metre by 5 metre rooms. All freshly laundered,ironed bedding and towels are provided.Self catering facilities include fridge freezer, full size cooker and grill with hood,microwave and plenty of storage. There is access to a washing machine and line, wifi and signal booster,Sky TV. The patio, chairs ,table, barbecue and flowergarden is effectively another room. Local stores include two service stations,a new Marks and Spencers,large Tescos,Aldi and more. Pub restaurants with outstanding seaviews, and other restaurants with great takeaways. Local walks with sea or hill views, local cycle hire, watersports and sailing.Wildlife sanctuaries. City shopping in ultra modern outlets Portsmouth and Chichester. Great ferry stopover.
