In January 2008 we have embarked on an intensive and ongoing refurbishment program upgrading all areas of this truly special property. With such a wonderful location and so many famous places to visit and enjoy in the area including: The Eden Project, Tate Gallery St Ives, St Michael’s Mount, Isles of Scilly, National Seal Sanctuary, South West Coastal Path, Trebah Gardens and the Helford River, to name just a few, Mullion Cove is a magical place for a special break anytime of the year, and we warmly welcome dogs

Autumn has arrived at Mullion Cove 🍂

The summer crowds begin to disappear, the South West Coast Path grows quieter and the Atlantic gets a little wilder. It’s a season of windswept walks on the Lizard, watching the weather roll in over the harbour, warming up in the spa and settling in somewhere cosy as evening draws in.

There’s been a murder at Mullion Cove… 🔎

This 6th November, we’re stepping back to 1935 for an evening of good food, suspicious characters and a mystery to solve.

In Fallen at the Final Fence, jockey Paul Francombe has been found dead just days after riding in the Grand National. Everyone gathered has a connection to him, secrets are beginning to surface, and somewhere amongst them is the person responsible.

Over the course of the evening, you’ll have the chance to follow the clues and see if you can work out what really happened, all over a Prosecco and canapé reception followed by a three-course dinner with coffee.

Our new menu has arrived at Mullion Cove...

Built around the season and some brilliant Cornish produce, there are plenty of new dishes to discover, from St Austell Bay Mussels to Lamb Shank, alongside daily changing starters and mains.

And as the evenings get cooler, the dessert menu feels particularly well timed. Warm Treacle Tart and Dark Chocolate Tart with salted caramel ice cream are just the sort of thing autumn calls for.

A good excuse to join us for dinner, we’d say.
