A great family-friendly spot with an enclosed beer garden, climbing frame and trampoline to keep the kids entertained. Plus, it's dog-friendly too, so the whole family is welcome! 🐶

A lovely family day out crabbing at Walberswick 🦀 (you can go in Southwold too!) Buckets, bait and plenty of laughs for all ages.

Finished off with another delicious lunch at The Anchor at Walberswick — always a favourite! 🌊☀️

Top tip: check the tides before you go… the higher the tide, the better the crabbing!

A little day out in Southwold/Walberswick with the girls. We parked near the Sail Loft in Southwold to give us a little walk to the harbour and then the ferry! We then got the ferry to Walberswick with Olive the dog! The best part was lunch at one of our fav pubs - The Anchor! We all had fish and chips!

Being beautifully “in the middle of nowhere” does have its perks… peace, quiet, starry skies… and absolutely zero takeaways within shouting distance 😅

We had a lovely little wander along Southwold beach today — turns out the sun still works, who knew! ☀️
Stopped for a very important bacon roll and a cup of tea… purely for energy, obviously 😏👌
Public service announcement for dog walkers 🐾: the stretch from Gun Hill café towards the harbour is dog-friendly all year round. The rest of the beach? Dogs are on a seasonal contract — October to the end of March only!
