Collected from White Heron Estate, on to Frome Valley Vineyard for a tour, tasting and canapés, then 1276 Wines for a cellar tour, tank tasting and lunch.

Back to White Heron for an e-bike or walking tour through the vineyard, orchard and farm and finish with dinner against a spectacular vineyard backdrop.

Meet Mrs Green. Jo’s mother, Matriarch of the farm and the one who has seen the most of it. Mrs Green remembers the farm during wartime and after, when the whole workforce arrived on bicycles, up the same lanes our guests now ride out on with a little electric help.

150 years of one family working the same ground, and the ground still giving.

Meet Jo. 150 years of family history behind her, and she’ll happily share the stories about every inch of farming and life at White Heron Estate.

We’re kicking off a little series introducing the people who work hard to bring you the best holiday, guest and farming experiences when you enjoy a stay with us. Felt right to start at the top.

Honestly though, no reel does it justice. You need to be here. E-biking around the farm and vineyard, playing Padel or Squash and not having to drive home because you’re staying in one of the cottages. Lovely 🥂
