The sky over Hethersett last night, stunning!

Imagine lying in a hot tub with a view like that? We have no light pollution and when the clouds allow, amazingly clear skies for star gazing and the rare glimpse of the Northern Lights.

Come and stay in one of our beautiful Shepherd’s Huts, in the middle of a field, in the heart of Norfolk. You will have sole use of a wood fired hot tub with Charlotte-Rose or Isabelle, so you can enjoy the huge Norfolk skies and star gaze. With Tabitha there is the option of a private sauna. Your four legged friend is also welcome.

Following the opening of my home pottery studio we are offering guests two experiences to enjoy during their stay.
1) A 1:1 or 1:2 session exploring clay and learning how to make coil pots and to throw a pot on the wheel. Once dry I will trim, fire and glaze your pots and send them to you. £30 for one person/ £45 for two.
2) Using pots I have thrown, burnished and bisque fired you can choose and add organic materials to your chosen pots and help build a barrel fire to fire them. The following morning you can clean, seal and wax your pots to take home with you. (Barrel fired pots remain porous and are not good safe) £15 per pot.
