Times for this Sundays carvery are from 12pm until 8pm.

The meats for this Sunday (13th September) are our slow cooked beef brisket or roasted loin of pork with crackling with a selection of vegetables from our carvery unit along with roast potatoes, stuffing & Yorkshire puddings.

Choice of 2 desserts or Farmer Toms Ice cream pots.

Traditional trifle topped with toasted almonds.

Warm Pecan tart with vanilla ice cream & maple syrup.

Kitchen Vacancy.

We’re looking for a chef (junior) to help & learn in the kitchen alongside our own chef.
Duties would consist of everything from basic veg prep and in time learning & cooking dishes off our menus.
Some basic food hygiene knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as this could be achieved on site.
Hours would be a mix of weekdays & weekends with hopefully some sort of rota basis, but this can’t be guaranteed due to the nature of the business, but also can be negotionable.

We are a family run business with ‘family’ being the heart of our business.

A new ale on now at The Inn.

Admiral's Ale was first brewed to mark the bicentenary of Nelson's triumph at Trafalgar and honors Cornwall's role in the tale. Brewed with Celeia and Cascade hops to give this beer floral, piney and berry notes. A beer with heritage, strength and character - fit for an Admiral.
