The Dairy Flat is fully equipped self-contained one bedroom holiday let. Central location at the top of The Strand (Higher Strand) above The Dairy Café in Hugh Town. The accommodation is let on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday throughout the year on a first come first served basis. Short breaks are only available from November to the end of March. The bedroom can be made up with one king size or twin single beds. A travel cot is also available if required. Included in the rent are all linens, towels, kitchenalia, electricity and heating. A full inventory is available on request. ACCESS
The Dairy Flat is an integral part of the premises which was originally a purpose built, fully operational milk processing plant where the island's milk was pasteurised, bottled and stored ready for distribution. The building has retained it's original name and is well known by most local residents and regular visitors. Although the accommodation is “on the flat” there are 3 internal carpeted steps between the entrance lobby and the living room. BOOKING The Dairy Flat
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start date. To safeguard against loss by either party, we strongly recommend all our guests take out suitable and adequate insurance to cover costs in the event of a no-show or if they have need to cancel the booking at short notice.
