Porthmellon Cottage

17/04/2023

We have been having a new kitchen fitted over the winter which has been pretty stressful, the first hurdle was to get it over to Scilly which happened late October, taken over on a landing craft on one of the worst nights of the year! Many thanks to Steve at Sparkworld, Martock who has been brilliant and of course, Dougie, Harvey, Mick, Kane and George who carried out all of the work in the kitchen, a big big thank you to all.

We have just released some weeks left for 2023, please view these on our website but here are some photos of the new kitchen.

Wills and Kate have exceptional taste when it comes to staycations!

William and Kate were spotted 'enjoying the weather' and stopping to greet their fellow holidaymakers as they cycled across the island of Tresco on Thursday.

Such an amazing photo taken yesterday. We were watching the end of the race on a bench overlooking Porthmellon Beach, it looked like total chaos as so many were finishing at almost the same time but it was clear who won. We still have a few dates left for this year. 18th May, 22nd and 29th June and 3rd and 31st August.
