A rather wet walk for the Geordie’s walkers this week, but a bit of rain wasn’t going to stop them!

After all that exercise, it was only right to pop back into the pub for a well-earned pint! 🍻🍺

Well done to everyone who braved the weather, and we look forward to seeing you all on the next walk!

🪑Tomorrow is our next Empty Chairs event!

Here at our community pub, we believe that bringing people together and creating opportunities to connect is so important. Sometimes, all it takes is a friendly face, a chat and a welcoming place to feel part of something.

The Empty Chairs initiative is about making those connections, encouraging socialising and reminding everyone that there is always a place for you in our community. No one should feel they have to sit alone. ❤️

In this video, Dan Perryman explains why socialising matters and the important role Empty Chairs can play in bringing people together. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=892517113542644

We’re proud to support something that makes a real difference right here in our community. Every conversation counts, every connection matters, and every chair can be an invitation to join in.

💬 Come along, pull up a chair and be part of it. Everyone is welcome!
