There’s plenty to look forward to at Alan Stevenson House this autumn and winter—from our Wave Classic menu and poker nights to cosy steak Saturdays, Scottish craft gins and festive celebrations. 🍷🔥🎄

We’ve updated the calendar, with Poker Nights on Friday 30 October and Saturday 28 November. ♠️♥️

A wee glimpse of our corner of Tiree 💙🌊

From blue skies over Alan Stevenson House to moonlight across Hynish harbour, Billy has captured just how beautiful it is here.

We’re lucky to have all this on our doorstep, and it’s lovely to see it through someone else’s lens. Thank you, Billy, for sharing these photos with us 📸

A wee sneak peek at something sweet for tonight’s Mexican night at Alan Stevenson House! 🇲🇽🍋‍🟩

Aisling’s been busy baking these key lime pies, all made from scratch—with a crumbly biscuit base and a creamy, zingy lime filling. There’s even a wee gluten-free one for one of our guests. 💚

We love putting that extra care into what comes out of our kitchen. Now, who’s saving room for pudding? 😋

Wild seas, windswept beaches and a cosy place to come back to. Explore Tiree’s winter coastline, then coorie in beside our blazing stove with a dram and a comforting dinner.

On clear nights, step outside beneath our dark island skies and enjoy a sky full of stars.

Our Winter Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Escape is available from 1 November to 19 December:

🛏️ One person in a double room: £130 per night
👫 Two people sharing a double room: £175 per night

Both options include overnight accommodation,dinner and breakfast the following morning.

Autumn comfort food at Alan Stevenson House 🍂🍴

Golden pastry, creamy mash and rich gravy. Crispy battered fish with chunky chips. And a warm fruit crumble with custard to finish — if you’ve saved room!

A little taste of what’s coming out of the kitchen here in Hynish. Good food, generous portions and a warm welcome as the evenings draw in.

📅 Save the dates at Alan Stevenson House!

We’ve got plenty to look forward to this autumn and winter, from our Mexican Menu and poker nights to the Wave Classic Menu, Scottish craft gins and charcuterie, Christmas celebrations, Burns Night and Valentine’s Night.

Our two steaks and a bottle of w**e special is also back every Saturday from the start of November. 🍷

We’ll welcome young trick-or-treaters on Halloween, and everyone is invited to Carols by Candlelight on 4 December. Aisling and the team will also be at the Senior Citizens’ Christmas Dinner on 11 December.

Alan Stevenson House will be closed from 21 December until 4 January. See the image for all the dates, and keep an eye on our page for menus, prices and booking details as each event approaches.
