🎒✨ THE MINI BOSS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! ✨🎒

Well… it’s happened. Our little Mini Boss has officially started her first day of school! 🥹❤️

After months of ruling the roost at The Fox , bossing the staff around and generally making sure everything is done her way… she’s now off to boss around a classroom instead! 😂

We’re not quite sure who’s more nervous — her, Mum, or the rest of us! 🤣

So today we’re raising a glass 🥂 to all the mums, dads and little ones starting school, nursery or a new chapter this September.

Whether you’re celebrating with happy tears, sad tears, relief tears… or all three while hiding in the pub for five minutes 😂🍷 — we’ve got you!

🍽️ Sunday Roasts Are Back at The Fox! 🦊

You asked, we listened... and we've brought our famous Sunday roasts back earlier than planned!
Why wait until September when you can enjoy all your roast favourites from Sunday 28th June? Join us every Sunday from 12 noon until 4pm for perfectly cooked meats, crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, giant Yorkshire puddings and plenty of gravy.

Gather your family and friends and make Sunday lunch something to look forward to again...not only are the roasts coming back but we also have our new chef, Dale! Come along and check out his delights!

🌞 Kitchen Closed Friday 26th June – It's Going to Be a Scorcher! 🌞

Mother Nature has looked at tomorrow and apparently decided we all fancy living on the surface of the sun... 🥵☀️

With temperatures expected to hit 33°C+, we've made the decision to close the kitchen for the day. As much as we love feeding you all, we'd also quite like to keep our kitchen team from slowly melting into the fryers.

🍻 The bar will be open as normal, so if you're after a nice cold pint, a refreshing G&T, or somewhere to escape the heat for a while, we'll be here!

We'll keep a close eye on the temperature throughout the day. If it cools down enough by the evening, we'll do our best to reopen the kitchen from around 5:00pm. We'll post an update as soon as we've made a decision.

Thanks for your understanding, stay cool, drink plenty of water... and please don't start cooking food on the pavements in desperation ...🍳😂
