Kingston Build Update 🏗️ The steel frame is up!

This is the moment we've been waiting for. After months of groundworks, footings and foundations, the steel frame of Kingston is now rising out of the ground – and for the very first time, the building has real shape and dimensions.

Standing on site, you can finally walk through the frame and get a true sense of the scale of what's coming. You can start to picture where the rooms will sit, how big the living spaces will feel, and even make out the outline of where the pool will go in the spa hall 🏊‍♂️

As a reminder, Kingston will be:
✔ Over 10,000 square feet of facilities and accommodation
✔ Sleeping over 30 guests in 10 generous en-suite bedrooms
✔ Designed with accessibility in mind – single level, wider doorways and wet rooms
✔ Home to a spa hall with pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room
✔ Complete with games room, movie room, year-round BBQ lodge and children's play area

Build Updates: Swipe to see how things are progressing. 👉

It's been a productive couple of weeks on site at Kingston! Here you can see the early footings work underway - with concrete being poured into the trenches and the base pads set ready for the steelwork to follow.

Every great building starts from the ground up, and we are so excited to finally be at this stage.

Kingston 20 is going to be something truly special - a brand new five-star luxury holiday let, designed from the very foundations with our guests in mind.

We'll be sharing regular build updates right here, so make sure you're following along for the journey from groundworks all the way to the finished property! 🏡✨

🏡 Build Update 🏡

Here's a look at the journey so far!

These photos show the transformation from the very beginning – starting with the old building that once housed our dairy cows alongside the old parlour, through the demolition process, and finally to the empty site you see today, ready for its next chapter.

While it's sad to say goodbye to a building that has been part of the farm's history for so many years, we're excited to see this space transformed into something new. Every project starts with strong foundations, and this is where our holiday home journey begins.

We can't wait to share each stage of the build with you as we bring this vision to life. Follow along for regular updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the progress!

We've officially started! 🎉

First week working on our newest project Kingston. It's going to be a biggie, over 10,000 square feet of facilities and accommodation ready to host all your BIG celebrations and life events - with all your closest friends and family under one roof.

Before we can get to that though we are going to have to get dirty so we are putting on our wellies 🥾 and have made a start preparing and levelling the site to get ready to start on the foundations.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we progress, so you can join us in watching it all come together.

Malherbie Group Stays has some BIG news. 🏡✨

Work has already begun — and we're giving you a first look at where it all starts.

We're thrilled to announce Kingston, the newest addition to The Malherbie Collection, joining Beaverbrook and Churchill. What you're seeing here is the very beginning — the old shed coming down and the bare site being cleared, ready for something truly special to take its place.

Kingston will be our biggest property yet, sleeping 20–30 guests across 10 luxurious en-suite bedrooms and surpassing even Beaverbrook and Churchill in size.

We'll be taking you along for the entire journey, sharing regular updates as the build progresses — from the ground up. We'll also be sharing CGI renders as soon as they're ready, so you can start picturing exactly what Kingston will look like.
