We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise front desk and hotel operations
✅ Support and coordinate hotel staff
✅ Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
✅ Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
✅ Assist with scheduling and operational reporting

Requirements:
✔ Previous hotel or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Excellent customer service abilities
✔ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
