🎉 THE QUIZ IS BACK TONIGHT! 🎉

After the last couple of weeks off, it’s time to dust off those completely useless facts you’ve been storing for years and put them to good use. 🧠🍺

🕗 Slightly later start this week — 8PM

So there’s even more time to argue with your teammates about an answer, change the correct one to the wrong one at the last second, and then blame somebody else. 😆

🍔 Food is being served tonight from 5:30pm–8:45pm, so come down early, grab some dinner and a drink, then settle in for the quiz.

Expect the usual mix of:
🤔 Questions you definitely know but somehow can’t remember
🙄 One teammate who is absolutely certain and completely wrong
🏆 Fierce competition for bragging rights
🍻 And plenty of questionable team discussions

📢 QUIZ NIGHT UPDATE

Unfortunately, tonight’s pub quiz has been cancelled — so you’ll have to keep all that completely useless general knowledge bottled up for one more week.

We’re sorry for the late change, especially to anyone who had already spent the morning memorising capital cities, 1980s number ones and the names of Henry VIII’s wives.

The good news is that we’ll be back next week with a Bumper Summer Quiz, featuring extra prizes, extra fun and even more opportunities to confidently shout the wrong answer at your teammates. ☀️🏆

Get your team together, brush up on your trivia and book your table early. Normal quiz service will resume next week — only bigger, better and with more prizes worth arguing over!

Sorry we've been a little quiet on Facebook over the last couple of weeks – we've been having some connection issues, but we're back!

⚠️ QUIZ NIGHT CANCELLED TONIGHT ⚠️

Unfortunately, tonight's quiz has had to be cancelled.

Our quizmaster Matt got married in Ireland this week (which we were all delighted about) but his flight home has been cancelled, leaving him stranded across the Irish Sea.

We did consider running the quiz ourselves, but after a brief discussion we realised that making up questions and answers as we go along probably wasn't the professional experience you've come to expect.

Congratulations to Matt and his new wife, and apologies to everyone who was planning to join us tonight.

The bar is still open as normal, so feel free to come down for a drink and help us think of alternative ways to get Matt back from Ireland.
