It’s going to be a beautiful sunny day here in Keswick, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink and a bite to eat in one of the many beautiful b**r gardens we’re so lucky to have. And the b**r garden at The Yew Tree - Honister Pass is a bit special! 🌳 ✨

Situated in Seatoller in the beautiful Borrowdale valley, just a short drive from Keswick, It’s the perfect place to relax, soak up the views, and enjoy the sounds of nature 🌿 🦋

The pub dates back to 1628 and you can see lots of the history on display inside. The food is amazing too, proper hearty pub grub - just what you need after a day on the fells! 🥾🥾

Definitely one to add to your list! 🍺🍷

Which was your first fell? 🥾🥾

Keswick really is a walker’s paradise, with incredible walks and fells right on the doorstep! 🌿⛰️

Many of our guests love getting out and exploring the fells during their stay, and the Keswick Cottages team are just as keen to pull on our walking boots when we’re not in the office! 😉

And with views like these, can you blame us? 🤩

So, we want to know… which was your very first fell? 🥾⛰️

Did it give you the hiking bug and leave you wanting more, or did it put you off fell walking for life? 😂

📍 Sale Fell is a great little introduction to the fells, with beautiful views across Bassenthwaite towards Skiddaw. Just a short drive from Keswick, it’s one of the smaller Wainwrights and a fantastic option for little legs, with plenty of lovely picnic spots along the way. 🧺🌿

And those views? Absolutely worth the climb! 🤩

“Another Superb Stay At A Wonderful Cottage.”
