High quality and convenient place to stay on a business trip
Excellent place to stay - very comfortable, clean room with everything you need in it. The staff were attentive and delivered a number of greatly appreciated little flourishes (the complimentary Tunnocks in the mini-fridge, for example). The breakfast was a particular highlight, freshly cooked to order and delicious, I just wish I had had more time to savour it. The building is very pretty and the location very convenient for the town centre and the station. The price was very reasonable as well.

Fantastic stay. Fred keeps the Dean Park to consistently high standards, and is ever-ready to help guests. The guesthouse, and my room, was spotlessly clean, with some really nice touches - such as a fridge in your room with fresh milk and tasty local Scottish sweet treats! It was quiet at night enabling a great night's sleep.

Our perfect host, Fred, made us feel most welcome in his lovely, clean home and showed us to our comfortable and spacious room. He served a generous, tasty, Scottish breakfast.and couldn't have been more attentive. We would definitely recommend and will return whenever in the area.

Convenient location, close to town centre and train station. Would be an ideal place to stay if visiting the theatre when it reopens after renovation.
